Plans change, here's how it's handled. Our cancellation fees are as follows:
If the property is not ready when we arrive, or the appointment is missed altogether, a $230 missed appointment fee applies.
We do not monitor phone or email outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays. To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch as early as possible — the more notice we have, the more flexibility we can offer.
Only the finished, edited video is included as part of your delivery. Raw, unedited footage is not provided and does not form part of the package.
All photographs and videos produced by Shadow Box Media remain the copyright and property of Shadow Box Media. The fee charged is for the licensing of that content for use in the specific campaign by the client and agency who booked the shoot.
The client who commissioned the work has the right to use the material for the duration of that sales campaign, across print and online.
Other companies or third parties (e.g. home stylists, builders, other contractors) may not use the material to promote their own work without contacting Shadow Box Media first.
If the property does not sell within the campaign period, the new listing agency must contact Shadow Box Media to re-license the material for the new campaign.
Shadow Box Media retains copyright of all photographs and videos and is entitled to use this content for its own marketing purposes.
