Shadow Box Media is a professional video and photography production studio based in Perth, Western Australia.
When you submit an enquiry through our website or through a third party platform such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), we collect your name, email address, and business name.
We use the information you provide to contact you regarding our services, respond to your enquiry, and manage your booking. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
By submitting your details through our website, you consent to receiving automated communications from us by SMS and email. These may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages relating to your enquiry or shoot. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link included in each message.
If you submit your details through a Meta lead form on Instagram or Facebook, your data is collected in accordance with both this policy and Meta's own data policy. We receive your submitted details directly and store them securely.
Your personal information is never sold, traded, or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
